Ms. Conley has a Master's Degree in Biotechnology and is currently retired from the National Institutes of Health (NIH). She has over 30 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry. Ms. Conley is passionate about children's healthcare and development.

Ms. Hoang is the CEO and Founder of Hoang International. She has a wealth of experience related to healthcare informatics and has a double major from the University of Maryland in Biology and Psychology. Ms. Hoang is a philanthropist and has received many honors and awards for her excellent work and leadership related to nonprofit efforts. Ms. Hoang can speak several languages, has a large following and is well respected in the federal government health and technology consulting industries.
